Workshop: Enhancing Story Times for Children

(This can be run as a full or half day workshop)

The focus of this workshop is on participants experiencing and engaging in tried and tested ways to ‘lift’ and enhance story times in school and early years settings.

Methods used include:

Listening to and engaging in interactive storytelling sessions for children.

Compare and contrast the benefits for story reading / storytelling with and for children.

Developing strategies for encouraging children to become storytellers.
